Truth is, most men are masters of the mask: holding it together for everyone else, protecting, providing, and pushing through no matter the cost. The problem? The mask — and the protector role behind it — keeps you safe, but it also keeps you stuck.

At this retreat, we’ll teach you how to take the mask off. You’ll get the tools, the guidance, and the space to step into your authentic self — without shame, without judgment, and definitely without any BS.

Through small-group coaching workshops, intentional reflection, guided meditation, and adventures in nature (hiking in the Canyonlands, visiting Arches National Park, and whitewater rafting), you’ll gain clarity, release old patterns, and create lasting change in how you show up in your life.

This retreat is for men who are ready to grow beyond their protector role to their full, true selves.

This retreat isn’t a quick fix or an empty, motivational weekend. This retreat is not for everyone, and that’s intentional.

This retreat is for men who are ready to show up fully, challenge themselves, and walk away with clarity and strategies they can apply immediately in their daily lives.

This retreat is for men who: Feel stuck repeating the same unhealthy patterns in your work, relationships, or inner life — and you want the tools to change them.... Hide stress, anger, or pain behind “being fine,” but you want to learn healthier ways to deal with your emotions.... Are seeking more fulfillment in life, and are curious about a more hands-on, immersive experience.... Value straightforward and practical strategies, not surface-level advice, that will help you uncover insights and answers that have been hidden but within you all along.... Want to leave with tools you can actually use.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel in less than 90 days before the Retreat start date, no refunds will be issued. The $500 deposit is non-refundable regardless of timing of cancellation. If you are concerned you may need to cancel, we recommend Traveler's Insurance (see FAQs for more info)

getting there

Please book your round trip flight (not included in the ticket price) to Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) in Colorado. We will arrange airport shuttles to pick you up in groups and bring you to the hotel in Moab, Utah. Note: it is about an hour and 40 minute drive.

If you would rather fly into Salt Lake City, Utah or another airport, you could rent a car and drive to the venue. We will not be able to assist with airport pickup from these airports so you would be responsible for renting a car.
